El concepto arquitectónico se basa en la repetición de volúmenes en todos los espacios, logrando una composición unificada y armónica. Esta estrategia de diseño, en conjunto con las techumbres inclinadas, otorga a la vivienda una presencia dinámica y diferenciada, resaltando su carácter y singularidad dentro del entorno.
La vivienda se desarrolla en dos niveles, organizando sus espacios de manera funcional. En la planta baja, se encuentran las áreas de convivencia, incluyendo la sala, el comedor y la cocina, concebidas en un diseño abierto que fomenta la interacción y fluidez entre los espacios. La planta alta alberga las áreas privadas, donde se ubican las recámaras, un estudio y la recámara principal, proporcionando tranquilidad e independencia a los habitantes.
The architectural concept is based on the repetition of volumes throughout the spaces, achieving a unified and harmonious composition. This design strategy, combined with the sloping roofs, gives the home a dynamic and distinct presence, highlighting its character and uniqueness within its surroundings.
The home is spread over two levels, organizing its spaces functionally. The ground floor houses the living areas, including the living room, dining room, and kitchen, designed with an open layout that encourages interaction and fluidity between spaces. The upper floor houses the private areas, including the bedrooms, a study, and the master bedroom, providing tranquility and independence to the inhabitants.
La materialidad del proyecto es clave en su identidad. La piedra se establece como el elemento distintivo a lo largo de la vivienda, otorgando textura y profundidad a cada espacio. Combinada con detalles en madera y carpintería diseñada a medida, se logra una atmósfera sofisticada y funcional, donde cada pieza contribuye a la personalidad del hogar.
The project's materiality is key to its identity. Stone is established as the distinctive element throughout the home, lending texture and depth to each space. Combined with wood details and custom-designed carpentry, a sophisticated and functional atmosphere is achieved, where each piece contributes to the home's personality.

La distribución arquitectónica se concibe en torno al patio central, permitiendo que todas las áreas de la casa disfruten de vistas privilegiadas y de una excelente circulación de aire. Esta configuración abraza la vida al aire libre sin sacrificar privacidad, creando una transición fluida entre los espacios comunes y las zonas privadas.
La carpintería juega un papel esencial en la definición del diseño interior. Diseñada en conjunto con el cliente, cada elemento se ajusta a las necesidades específicas de funcionalidad y estética, garantizando un balance entre elegancia y practicidad. Este nivel de personalización se refleja incluso en los detalles más pequeños, aportando coherencia visual y un sentido de exclusividad.
The architectural layout is conceived around the central courtyard, allowing all areas of the house to enjoy privileged views and excellent air circulation. This configuration embraces outdoor living without sacrificing privacy, creating a fluid transition between common and private spaces.
The carpentry plays an essential role in defining the interior design.
Designed in conjunction with the client, each element is tailored to the specific needs of functionality and aesthetics, ensuring a balance between elegance and practicality. Uno de los mayores retos del proyecto fue optimizar la iluminación natural, para lo cual se ampliaron las ventanas y se enfatizaron los marcos estructurales, logrando composiciones que no solo enmarcan el patio exterior, sino que también potencian la fluidez entre los espacios interiores y exteriores.
Otro desafío importante fue la construcción de las techumbres de losa ligera con estructura de herrería y vigas de acero, logrando así la composición distintiva de la casa en la cochera, el patio y las terrazas. Esta solución permitió dotar a la vivienda de un lenguaje arquitectónico único, combinando ligereza estructural con solidez visual.
One of the project's greatest challenges was optimizing natural lighting. To achieve this, the windows were enlarged and the structural frames were emphasized, achieving compositions that not only frame the exterior patio but also enhance the fluidity between the interior and exterior spaces.
Another important challenge was the construction of the lightweight slab roofs with a wrought iron structure and steel beams, thus achieving the house's distinctive composition of the garage, patio, and terraces. This solution allowed the home to have a unique architectural language, combining structural lightness with visual solidity.
