La vivienda se estructura con una lógica de muros laterales de concreto para soportar un claro de 15 m con dos vigas armadas y cuatro vigas “I” metálicas expuestas, las cuales se constituyen de un solo cuerpo, algunas reforzadas en su alma. Los muros de concreto, escalonados en su fachada oriente, bañan de luz el interior de la vivienda para lograr un espacio con diferentes personalidades a lo largo del día y según la estación del año. La cimbra de los muros de concreto se propone siguiendo el criterio de evitar desperdicio, por lo que se moduló en retícula de 2.44 m x 1.22 m medida estándar de las hojas de cimbraplay logrando así; una modulación horizontal aparente reticulada, reticulada por cimbra de tuinos de madera. El proyecto estructural se integra de dos sistemas constructivos; losa aligerada y losa de acero (lámina galvanizada y vigas metálicas).
The house is structured with a logic of concrete side walls to support a 15 m span with two reinforced beams and four exposed metal “I” beams, which are made up of a single body, some reinforced in their soul. The concrete walls, staggered on its eastern façade, bathe the interior of the house with light to achieve a space with different personalities throughout the day and depending on the season of the year. The formwork of the concrete walls is proposed following the criterion of avoiding waste, so it was modulated into a 2.44 m x 1.22 m grid, the standard size of the formwork sheets, thus achieving; an apparent reticulated horizontal modulation, reticulated by wooden formwork. The structural project is integrated into two construction systems; lightened slab and steel slab (galvanized sheet and metal beams).
En planta baja, los dos volúmenes organizan funciones sociales y de servicio. El primero reúne cochera, sala, family room, comedor, cocina con alacena, terraza, asador, alberca y áreas de servicio, creando un volumen continuo abierto hacia el exterior. El segundo volumen concentra bar, cava, oficina, y medio baño, extendiéndose hacia una terraza privada que articula actividades de trabajo y recreación.
On the ground floor, the two volumes structure both social and service functions. The first contains garage, living room, family room, dining, kitchen with pantry, terrace, barbecue area, pool, and service areas, composing a continuous volume that opens to the exterior. The second houses a bar, wine cellar, office, security room, and guest bathrooms, extending into a private terrace that balances work and leisure.
En planta alta, el primer volumen se convierte en un refugio íntimo y dinámico. La recámara principal integra baño doble, walk-in closet, regadera y jacuzzi, acompañada de recámaras secundarias con baño y vestidor, sala de TV, cuarto de juegos y áreas de servicio. El segundo volumen alberga una cocineta y dos recámaras de visitas, cada una con baño propio, ofreciendo independencia y comodidad a los huéspedes.
Upstairs, the first volume becomes a dynamic and intimate retreat. The master suite features a double bathroom, walk-in closet, shower, and jacuzzi, complemented by secondary bedrooms with private bathrooms and closets, a TV room, game room, and service areas. The second volume accommodates a kitchenette and two guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, ensuring independence and comfort for visitors.
Los recorridos interiores se diseñan con claridad, generando secuencias de apertura y resguardo donde la luz y la ventilación natural se convierten en protagonistas. Los contrastes materiales —piedra, madera y herrería oscura— articulan un lenguaje sobrio y atemporal que refuerza la relación entre lo construido y lo natural.
Interior pathways are traced with clarity, creating sequences of openness and shelter where natural light and ventilation take center stage. Material contrasts —stone, wood, and dark ironwork— compose a sober, timeless language that reinforces the bond between the built and the natural.
Así, Casa 7576 SJ se erige como un hogar contemporáneo, adaptable y luminoso, donde la arquitectura no solo organiza funciones, sino que también enmarca la vida cotidiana, el encuentro y la memoria de quienes la habitan.
In this way, House 7576 SJ stands as a contemporary, adaptable, and luminous home, where architecture not only organizes functions but also frames everyday life, encounters, and the memories of its inhabitants.
